WishWork users may share multiple private or public information during their work with the website. This article is about all kinds of information that could be shared in WishWork, the privacy level of each piece of information and their usage. Also, any changes to be applied to this article will be announced to WishWork users.

  • First Name and Last Name: first name and last name of users will be taken as a part of the registration process. Users can also change them in the profile section. This information is public and can be seen by any users registered to WishWork.
  • Phone number: The phone number of users will be taken as a part of the registration process. Users can also change them in the profile section. This information would be verified before any further usage of the website like submitting a project or sending an offer. WishWork will use these phone numbers to announce important notifications on the website and send personalized SMS for users. Also, during a project and after that, the phone number of users would be shared with their work partners.

WishWork will use these emails to announce important notifications on the website and send personalized emails for users.   • Password: User’s passwords are hashed before being saved in the WishWork database. So no one, not even WishWork technical and support team can access them.
  • Profile Picture: Users can add, edit and remove pictures to their profile. These profile pictures are public and can be seen by any users registered to WishWork.
  • Work Field: Users can add working fields to their profile. These working fields are public and can be seen by any users registered to WishWork.
  • Educations: Users can add, edit and remove their educational information to their profile. This information is public and can be seen by any users registered to WishWork.
  • Work experiences: Users can add, edit and remove their working experiences to their profile. This information is public and can be seen by any users registered to WishWork.
  • Certificates: Users can add, edit and remove their certificates to their profile. This information is public and can be seen by any users registered to WishWork.
  • Projects: All projects are public in WishWork until the owner of the project accepts someone’s offer for the project. Before accepting, they can be seen by anyone registered to WishWork, and after that, only the parties of the project can see this information.
  • Offers: The details of an offer and the identity of the freelancer who submits it are private to the owner of the project.
  • Questions and Answers: Freelancers can ask questions from Clients on projects. These questions and the identity of the one who asked them are private to the owner of the project. But the question itself and the client’s answer to them are public and can be seen by anyone registered to WishWork.
  • Chats: All messages and files send in the chat are private to participants of that chat. If one of the users requires WishWork to judge between parties of a project, WishWork will use these messages and files as the material for judgment.
  • Financial information: All financial information of users are private and no one else can see them.
