About the Role
We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft beautiful, intuitive digital experiences. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to transform complex requirements into elegant, user-centered designs that delight our clients and their users.
What You’ll Do
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design patterns
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma (required)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Background in branding and visual identity design
- Experience designing for Web3 or blockchain products
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
